A first glance at the application

With an existing database (we have created it in the previous section), the application looks like this:

On the left side, there is on top a „categories” window which contains a tree of all the elements in the application, from projects to sources. These will be discussed and explained in detail in the sections of Elements in the application.

Also on the left side, below the categories window, there is an object window. It contains all objects of the category that is selected in the category window. On the right side, currently grey, will appear any objects that are opened. This is complemented by a menu and an icon bar.
