Funding Consortium

The following institutions, organisations, and businesses are part of the Funding Consortium.

PRé Consultants, of Amersfoort, the Netherlands, makers of SimaPro, have first decided to join, and are part of the Consortium since January 2007. We highly appreciate their early decision, and the support and feedback we received so far. Their website: www.pre.nl.

PE International GmbH, Stuttgart, well-known makers of, among others, the GaBi software, joined the Consortium in late March 2007. Very welcome! We look forward to a fruitful collaboration.

Quite some institutions are still considering. If you feel you or your organisation should also participate, your contact is obviously appreciated. Funding amount is the equivalent of one software licence.

The Funding Consortium has committed to fund the project, and gets, in return, early access to software and source code, has the possibility to influcence the software specification (and thus the project outcomes), and receives the software under the Mozilla Licence MPL 1.1, allowing a distribution with other software that is not open source.
