New converter version for ILCD and EcoSpold 02 format

The new converter version considers meta-documents in the conversion; as an effect, format conversions back to the original format have much better results. Several minor bugs were discovered and cleaned, and some additional features added, mainly to enhance user comfort.

converter verison 1.1

Converter version 1.1 considered meta documents for data format conversion. This helps to maintain information in when converting "back and forth" between two data formats. The effect is illustrated below.
