This July, we are hosting a complete series of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced trainings, so that every openLCA user, no matter their level of expertise, can choose the course that suits them best.

Basic Public Training

This online training is ideal for users that are new to openLCA and LCA in general. On July 13th and 14th, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm CEST, participants will go through the following content:

  • The four phases of an LCA
  • First steps and basic functions
  • Available data and data exchange
  • Creating processes and flows
  • Working with product systems and projects
  • Result analysis and interpretation
Intermediate Public Training

For users that already know the basic workflow with openLCA, we will be hosting the online Intermediate Public Training on July 16th and 17th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm CEST. The training content is as follows:

  • Modeling with parameters
  • Sensitivity analysis
  • Allocation and system expansion
  • End-of-life modeling (basics)
  • Data quality in openLCA
  • Useful tips and tricks for openLCA 
Advanced Public Training

Advanced training is ideal for more experienced users in openLCA or users that want to learn about specific topics. On July 21st and 22nd from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm CEST, the following topics will be addressed:

  • End-of-life modeling (advanced)
  • Life Cycle Costing with openLCA
  • Social Life Cycle Assessment with openLCA (selected topics)
  • Regionalized LCIA
  • Environmental Product Declarations

As all the above trainings don’t clash, you are more than welcome and encouraged to come to all of them.
